1. Family Stays (up to 20 people)

2. Birthday Parties, Graduation, and Family Occasions (up to 50 people)
Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out before 1:00 AM.
Three rooms will be closed, and only one room will remain open. The pool area will be closed, and all lounge furniture will be removed from the hall.
(Only buffet services, coffee staff, and an external stand are allowed.)
- Without any additional setups: AED 3000
- Security Deposit: AED 2000
3. Weddings and Other Events (100+ people)
Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out at 1:00 AM.
Three rooms will be closed, and only one room will remain open. The pool area will be closed, and all lounge furniture will be removed from the hall.
(Buffet services, coffee staff, dining tables, stands, wedding stage setup (kosha), etc. are allowed.)
- Without any additional setups: AED 5000
- Security Deposit: AED 2000
Additional Rental Options:
- Sofa set for 100 people: AED 1000
- Sofa set for 50 people: AED 500
