• No food or drinks are allowed in the swimming pool area.
• No food or drinks are allowed on the artificial grass in the play area or football field.
• All Alcoholic are strictly prohibited in all farm facilities.
• Fireworks or poppers are strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the rest house.
• Children must be supervised at all times for their safety, especially when using the pool.
• The rest house is cooled by a central air conditioning system. Therefore, please do not leave exterior doors open.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rest house building.
• Pets are not allowed.

2. Parties, weddings, and other events for 100 people or more

Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out at 1:00 AM.
⁠The pool area will be closed ⁠ and all lounge furniture will be removed from Hall as the Guest choice . (Buffet, coffee servers, dining tables, stands, dais, etc. are allowed).

• Without any other equipment: AED 5,000
• Deposit: AED 2,000

Additional Rental Options:

• A sofa set for 100 people is available for rent: AED 1,000

١. الإقامات العائلية (حتى 20 شخص)

وقت الدخول: بعد الساعة 3 مساءً
وقت الخروج: قبل الساعة 12 ظهراً
(لا يُسمح بإحضار البوفيه، عمال القهوة، الستاندات، النطاطيات، وغيرها إلا بعد موافقة المالك.)

• السعر في اليوم الواحد: 2400 درهم
• التأمين: 1000 درهم

يرجى الالتزام بالتعليمات التالية:

• الالتزام بالحد الأقصى المسموح به لعدد الضيوف في الزيارات العائلية.
• يمنع إدخال أو تناول الأطعمة والمشروبات في منطقة المسبح.
• يمنع إدخال أو تناول الأطعمة والمشروبات على العشب الصناعي في منطقة الألعاب أو ملعب كرة القدم.
• يمنع منعًا باتًا إدخال أو تناول المشروبات الكحولية في جميع مرافق المزرعة.
• يمنع منعًا باتًا استخدام الألعاب النارية أو المفرقعات في جميع المناطق الداخلية والخارجية لبيت الاستراحة.
• يجب الإشراف على الأطفال في جميع الأوقات حفاظًا على سلامتهم، خاصة عند استخدام المسبح.
• بيت الاستراحة مزود بنظام تكييف مركزي، لذا يرجى عدم ترك الأبواب الخارجية مفتوحة.
• يمنع التدخين منعًا باتًا داخل مبنى بيت الاستراحة.
• لا يُسمح بإدخال الحيوانات الأليفة.

٣. الحفلات ومناسبات الأعراس (100 شخص أو أكثر)

وقت الدخول: بعد الساعة 3 مساءً
وقت الخروج: الساعة 1 صباحاً
يتم إغلاق 3 غرف وترك غرفة واحدة فقط مفتوحة. يتم إغلاق المسبح وإزالة أثاث الصالة.
(يسمح بالبوفيه، عمال القهوة، الطاولات، الستاندات أو الكوشة وغيرها.)

• بدون تجهيزات إضافية: 5,000 درهم
• التأمين: 2,000 درهم

خيارات إضافية للإيجار:

• طقم كنب لـ 100 شخص: 1000 درهم
